Final draws now available. There shouldn’t be anymore further changes unless with good reasons.

Total 79 teams: Boys(20), Girls(42) and Mixed(17)
Boys(20): 5 x pools of 4 teams and each team had to play each other once in their pool – Division 1, Division 1 Reserve, Division 2A, Division 2B, Division 3.
Girls(42): 2 x pools of 3 teams and 9 x pools of 4 teams and each team had to play each other once in their pool – Division 1A, Division 1B, Division 1 Reserve , Division 2A, Division 2B, Division 3A, Division 3B, Division 4A, Division 4B, Division 5A, Division 5B.
Mixed(17): 1 x pool of 5 teams and 3 x pools of 4 teams and each team had to play each other once in their pool – Division 1, Division 2A, Division 2B, Division 3. .
All games are 1 set to 15 point without setting(no deuce, first get to 15 win)
*** NOTE *** Girls Division 1A and 1B pool winners and runners up got 2 extra rounds(Crossover Round and Final Round) to play. Crossover Round: PoolA winners vs PoolB runners up and PoolB winners vs PoolA runners up, then Final Round: Winners vs Winners and Runners up vs. Runners up to determine 1st to 4th place.
In the ‘Crossover’ and ‘Final Round’, only 2 set of doubles are to be play.
Boys Division – 2 x boys doubles(1 set to 21 without setting).
Girls Division – 2 x girls doubles(1 set to 21 without setting).
Mixed Division – 2 x mixed doubles(1 set to 21 without setting).
Each player can only play once in these rounds. Second Doubles cannot be stronger than First Doubles.
All matches are expected to finished by 1pm with the exception of Girls Division 1 teams having to play 2 extra rounds which should finish by 2pm. In case of undue delay, all 22 courts are booked til 2pm and the center 8 courts are booked til 3pm.
Note there are two major changes everyone needs to be aware of:
- Winners and Runners up are based on total points won (If equal then least total points lost) at the completion of your pool. For example: in a pool of 4 teams and each game is to 15 without setting, you beat the other 2 teams 75-0, 75-1 and lost to one team 50-75. Your total points won is 200. Your total points lost is 76. The team with the highest points won is the pool winners and next highest point won is the runners up.
- Each round is timebased – each round(5 games) is given a start and end time. All games must stop at the given end time, we will blow the whistle to indicate the end of the current round and start of the next round. The current point in play will not be recorded. For example: your round ended when you’re mid way through game 4 (of 5) and your score is 7-3 but the bell ring(or whistle blow) before your shuttlecock touch the ground, the current point is not counted. So your final score for this round is 15-6, 15-1, 5-15, 7-3 hence points won is 42 which will contribute to the total points won at the end to deterime the winners. If you don’t finish all your games in the given time, both you and your opponents will be disadvantage.
